Although Joe Biden and his press secretary insisted over and over that Joe's son Hunter would not receive a presidential pardon, ultimately, to no one's surprise, that's exactly what happened. The somewhat extraordinary thing about the situation is that the pardon applies even to crimes which Hunter has not yet been charged with. The truth is that Hunter was a naughty boy and the list of laws he broke is quite long. Good thing for him that his father is president of the United States!
