Pay special attention to this example: 

	      .003		
	   +-------		Notice that we have two zeroes to
       600 | 1.800		the right of the decimal point before
	     1 800		we get to the three. Remember that
	    ------		the decimal point must go straight up
 	         0		from the dividend to the quotient.
